not sure if it will be great but i have heard that some of Nintendo staff will be working on it which might make it good.
so far the best live-action adaptation for me was Rorouni Kenshin (anime/manga to movie), but i still prefer to watch Zelda movie/series in 3D animation instead of live action (unless they bring some of the awesome cosplays)
