it's flash, not everyone can be "prowlies at the river," but damn, your unique artistic vision shines through the art in this, it really does!
i agree with you, that sometimes it seems like if it doesn't have an explosion, the word "fuck" AND nudity or the mention of genitalia, then there's a whole subset of the NG population that thinks it's crap. the reasons for this prejudice are as varied as the users on ng, but i admire your unwillingness to even accept mobrodaddy's opinion as valid, because it's not... and neither is mine.

i usually hate stick figures, but this worked. it was a flash about ideas for a flash, which could have made this really funny or really bad. it was REALLY FUNNY!
actually, when y athink about it, this flash about a fake idea for a flash is better than half of the flashes about real ideas in the portal.
sad, but kudos to you for the comedy!

the movement was pretty lousy. but could just be the traffic. yeah, seriously, there was only one falling object? original akranoid had at least 7 or 8 and that was programmed with a fossil. good music, though. trance is not my fav, but its good stuff.

this will sound trite: the amount of excitement i felt after seeing the title is exactly equal to my disappointment in the quality and attributes of this work. i love that song, but seriously... stick figures? a stick figure puking?

...but man, i wish it was required thinking!
The message in this is as true today as it was in 2000, that spending an hour on a flash with a single word and graphic does not make art. flash is an artform, and like any other, has more than its fare share of hacks and wanna-be's.
The problem is that now there are whole cliques and gangs of hacks and wanna-be's, posting crap they THEY will get through the review process regardless of its actual merit.
The saddest part?
This looks WAYYYYYYY better than most of their crap! and this is 7 years old.
These kittie and clock people could learn something from watching this, but their ADHD and Pepsi-infested minds would probably think it's too boring.
What a wonderful world...
