wow

5/5 and 10/10 cuz damn that's good stuff. way mre prog than most of the heavy metal on NG... i love the quiet bass break in the middle!

yeah, what that person before me said...?

ditto.
awesome. longer. awesome. imagining things. zelda. awesome. ditto.

MaestroRage responds:

such simplicity, so much said D:

From the over use of the word Awesome, I take it you hated the song >:(. How DARE YOU SIR!

I joke I jest, I gibe ;). Thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it!

i like it but ur in the wrong category

ok i like this song. your combo of distorted synths and blurby pads with echoing string synths makes for some interesting sound experiences. as for the tune itself, there was nothing interesting - it sounded like every other trance song, only with terrible drum sounds.
and yeah, ur not grunge. use the right category next time.

DelboyDylan responds:

I'm glad you somewhat liked it. I know what you mean about the tune though, I think I threw this together in an evening and was slightly drunk at the time, hence the category mistake as well.

ok...

but there were a lot of parts of that song that sounded really out of tune and off-timing. its punk/grunge, so i guess that isn't too bad of a negative critique. still...

ComeToMeCaroline responds:

Yeah I know, we had alot of issues with the recording mics. But it was more like a quick recording to give people an idea so I didn't really mind.

ok that was cool

nice metal/grunge riff... it sounds like an alice in chains riff and then has weird sounds at the end, which i love. good sound, cool riff, but i wish it had done more than just repeat. i kept expecting a break that never came, but it works with the game entry so whatev. u rock. but remember: drum fills rule!

2nd listen

should be more than that...
awesome stuff. make more!

iVisual responds:

ty m8, and yah i make loads, just tht theyre usualy too big of a file xD

grunge techno

that's how i describe some of my stuff (gotta plug, sorry), but it's true here, probably more so. the distortion cuts through the trance-ness of the melody. this would be kind of an ordinary song except for the sound - which is really what defines a song anyway. great original work.

the soundtrack for depravity

awesome instrumental metal, a hard feat to be sure. without the usual lyrics and badass screams to cloud the song, the truenes of metal's anger comes through. brooding walking beats make this a song to contemplate something, and then do something about it.

don't know if that's really grunge...

...but I like it! The muted riffing was awesome, and the drumwork was excellent. That's why I'm not sure if it technically qualifies as grunge. The drums were TOO good! :) Seriously, though... if I did Flash I'd definitely put that in something. Sounds like a mad rampage wating to happen.
