death by misadventure and other amusing anecdotes from the front lines of rock n roll

1) alcohol poisoning? no shit. the hell you say.
2) the guitars sound awesome for my upcoming cover of Nirvana's "Something In The Way" - i was able to reproduce a similar feedback/harmonic effect that they used in the BBC studio recording during the choruses (hint: the version i'm doing is 'heavy' not like the slow, soft acoustic version on the album). pretty sure in their rendition the sound was just pat smear standing really close to the amp while they recorded it. unless pat wasn't playing with them yet, in which case i have no fucking idea how they got that sound live. damn you, Nirvana mystique!
3) new songs, right? to replace the old ones? a few are coming up through the pipeline now. so look forward to that. all are going in Grunge, i don't care if you don't think they're grunge enough. i proclaim myself the standard-bearer. so there. the new songs will have these descriptions of the songs that i am (for the 1st time) writing IN ADVANCE of posting the songs. so, yay. plus, i'll post the lyrics, so you can all read what i'm screaming about.

My BRAND NEW fan page on Facebook - because the old one was un-google-able!
my music & books on Lulu.com - mostly everything is available in CD or print (for books) or for download, as mp3 and pdf, respectively
merch @ Zazzle.com - crappy t-shirts and posters, clothes with pictures of space on them
yeah my page on Myspace like anybody fucking uses myspace anymore, but whatevers

Death by misadventure? My father always told me... "Son, While it may NOT be in your best interest to do some of the things you do, let me give you this advice... Ask yourself before you do anything stupid, Is this good for me or is this bad for me" The end result is More Bad decisions than MIS-stakes or accidents, but atleast i can leave these things behind alot easier than if i said Fuck it lets have some fun. Like take Grand Theft Auto For example.... those citizens will forever know my name is Tommy Vercetti/Carl Johnson/Niko Bellic no relations.
